Welcome to Giant Wildlife Adventure. By booking a tour, participating in any activity, or accessing our services in any capacity, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Booking and Payment

·         All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.

·         Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms.

·         Booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or receipt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

·         Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled adventure are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee (if applicable).

·         Cancellations within 7–14 days will receive a 50% refund.

·         No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity or for no-shows.

·         Giant Wildlife Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

Health and Safety

·         All participants must be in reasonably good health. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking.

·         Participation in wildlife tours involves risks including, but not limited to, terrain, weather conditions, and animal behavior. By participating, you assume all such risks.

·         Participants must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff to ensure personal safety and the safety of others

Wildlife and Environmental Facts

·         Giant Wildlife Adventure practices ethical wildlife viewing. We do not feed, bait, or harass animals to induce sightings.

·         Guests must not disturb wildlife or remove any natural objects from protected areas.

·         We operate in compliance with all local environmental and conservation laws.

Age and Participation Requirements

·         Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

·         You agree that photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the tour.

·         Personal data collected during booking is used solely for operational and safety purposes and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

Changes to Itinerary

·         Giant Wildlife Adventure reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, park closures, or other unforeseen events. We strive to maintain the experience quality and will inform you of changes as soon as possible.

Governing Law
